The LPGA Volvik Championship and Eisenhower Center have partnered together to create a unique event to raise awareness for the needs of female military veterans. The world's best female professional golfers will be in Michigan for the second annual Volvik Championship May 22-28. To kick off tournament week, LPGA professionals will participate in a special Pro-Am golf competition on Monday, May 22, at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base golf course. they invite female military veterans to play alongside the LPGA professionals in the Pro-Am. Several high-ranking military officials are scheduled to attend the event.

This is an empowering event for female veterans. IAVA is looking to support this event and partner with the Eisenhower Center and Michigan Operation Freedom Outdoors.
